The energy tonic that Nauti Nutrition has put together is absolutely amazing. It’s subtle enough for my sensitive system, whilst at the same time delivering the sustained energy release that I need. I no longer experience energy dips on the afternoon, and have noticed that my afternoon carb / sugar cravings have also gone. I’ve experimented with the sachets in a number of different ways. I’ve added a whole sachet to water and had it in the morning.
I’ve also tried having a sachet in water in the afternoon before a workout. I found that I get the best results if I add it to a bottle of water in the morning, and then sip on it throughout the day. I have also found that the energy tonic has a compounding effect, in that I’ve noticed that the more I drink it, the less of the sachet contents I need to add in each bottle of water.
I now only add a third of a sachet to my water bottle in the morning and then sip on it throughout the day.
